Learning Experience Design Program Management User Research Communication Design Learner Analytics
As an intern with the learning experience design team @NextLeap my day to tasks included course operations, designing learner assets for courses and performing basic analysis of learner data. One of my most significant project was curating a design system for learner assets. For this project I collaborated with the Design team to better understand how learner assets can be more aligned to company's brand identity. Learner assets include course decks, workbooks, infographics and documentation. The curation of the system lead to uniformity across all learner assets used in various programs at NextLeap, aligning learner assets to brand language and cleaner designs across all platforms.
Course management included managing live sessions, mainitaining learner management system for 400+ learners across different courses, managing stakeholders and most importantly performing learner analytics. A typical learner at NextLeap performs multiple activities at NextLeap such as completing activities, going through resources, attending live sessions etc. This gives the team a chance to collect multiple data points and derive insights which help in future courses. Learning analytics included developing hypotheses to test during the course, capturing learner progress, performing user interviews and documenting learner journeys, planning interventions during and post course, collaborating with the team on bringing ideas to action and tracking the progress throughout
